Declination letters must be submitted via AA form to HQMC via your PMOS Monitor and are required to have their CO's endorsement. 3.c. Alternates will be contacted in the event the primary candidates are unavailable for assignment. Notification will be via separate correspondence. 3.d. Applicants not selected on any of the above boards can anticipate the FY28 TC, FA, PEP and ISE boards to be announced via MARADMIN during spring 2027. Application packages from any of the above boards will not be valid for future boards. Each board is based on the needs of the Marine Corps and is unique in selection numbers and criteria. 4.
