This MARADMIN provides forth coming changes and procedural guidance regarding the notification requirements  outlined in reference (a), to ensure immediate compliance with the mandates directed in reference (b). 2. When executing the separation procedures detailed in paragraph  6303.3 of reference (a), commands must ensure the notification  requirements directed in reference (b) are addressed. 2.a. In addition to the requirements listed in Paragraph 6303.3.a,  commands are directed to include the following statement during  notification: "A statement of the Marine's right to submit statements in  accordance with reference (b), paragraph 5.11." 3. When utilizing the notification templates provided in Figure 6-2, 6-2A, 6-3, and 6-3A of reference (a), commands must incorporate the following additional language to ensure full compliance with  reference (b). 3.a. For Figure 6-2 and 6-3 incorporate the following as an additional numbered paragraph: "In accordance with DoD Instruction 1332.14, if you made an  unrestricted report of sexual assault and are recommended for involuntary separation from the U.S. Marine Corps within 1 year of final disposition of your sexual assault case, you may  submit a written request to the first General or Flag Officer  in your Separation Authority’s chain of command to review the  circumstances of and grounds for involuntary separation before the Separation Authority approves the final separation action.  (a) If you submit a timely request before final separation action, you may not be separated until the General Officer or Flag Officer conducting the review concurs with the circumstances of the grounds for the involuntary separation.  (b) If you fail to submit the request before the final  separation action is complete such request will not be considered. However, you may apply to the Board for Correction of Naval Records for consideration." 3.b. For Figure 6-2A and 6-3A, incorporate the following as an additional numbered paragraph: "____ I understand that, in accordance with DoD Instruction 1332.14 paragraph 5.11, if I made an unrestricted report of sexual assault and I am recommended for involuntary separation from the  U.S. Marine Corps within 1 year of final disposition of my sexual assault case, I may submit a written request to the first General or Flag Officer in my chain of command to review the circumstances of and grounds for my involuntary separation before the Separation Authority approves the final separation action.  (a) ____ I understand that if I submit a request before final  separation action, I may not be separated until the General Officer or Flag Officer conducting the review concurs with the circumstances of the grounds for the involuntary separation. (b) ____ I understand that if I fail to submit my request before the final separation action is complete, such request will not be  considered. However, I may apply to the Board for Correction of  Naval Records for consideration." 4.  Administrative separation processing will be conducted based upon the MARCORSEPMAN in effect on the date the respondent was notified. 5. Marines impacted by DoD Instruction 1332.14, paragraph 5.11,  who have already been notified of involuntary separation at the  time this MARADMIN is released may still submit a written request  to the First General Officer in the requestor's chain of command  requesting a review of the circumstances of and grounds for  involuntary separation before the Separation Authority approves the  final separation action. 6.  This Manual is published electronically and can be accessed  online via the Marine Corps website at the Marine Corps Publications  Electronic Library. 7.  This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force. 8.  Release authorized by Lieutenant General William J.
