The  alternate list can be found by accessing https:(slash)(slash)www.man power.marines.mil.  Under "Division" select "Reserve Affairs  Division, then "Reserve Affairs Management (RAM)".  On the left side of the screen, select "Reserve Programs and Boards (RAM-3)", then  "Reserve Officer Command Screening Program" then select "Alternate List" on the FY26 RCSB/RSLB card.  The list is only valid until the  next RCSB/RSLB. 10.  Officers slated to command will schedule their attendance to the Commandant's Combined Commandership Program (Cornerstone) before, or shortly after, assuming command.  The program consists of two courses conducted concurrently: a 10-day commanders course and a five-day  workshop for spouses.  These courses are conducted semiannually  aboard MCB Quantico.  Officers slated in paragraphs 2 through 5 must schedule attendance at Cornerstone.  Officers slated in paragraphs 6 and 7 are eligible but not required to attend Cornerstone.  Registration is on a first come, first served basis.  Further  information is available from MCU online at: http:(slash)(slash)www. usmcu.edu.  Under "Academic Programs" select "Lejeune Leadership  Institute", then "Commandants Combined Commandership Course".  POC is Lejeune Leadership Institute/MCU/TEL: COMM (703) 432-4684/EMAIL:  [email protected]. 11.  Officers slated to command will be removed from consideration on the Academic Year 2026-2027 Reserve Officer Professional Military Education Board. 12.  Upon assumption of a command, post command, or senior leader  billet, individual units will notify CMC (RA) via email on standard  naval letterhead with the officer's name and date they assumed the  billet.  Notifications will be sent to [email protected]. 13.  All officers slated for command, post command, and senior  leader billets, including all alternates, will receive a letter from CMC (RA) notifying them of selection.  This letter will also be  included in their Official Military Personnel File (OMPF). 14.  Release authorized by Major General J.
