Selection of award recipients will be made by an awards board convened by Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Department of Aviation (AVN) and will be comprised of senior members of the aviation community. Announcement of award winners and details regarding presentation of awards will be provided in future correspondence. 4. Action a. Commands with personnel and/or organizations meeting the criteria contained in the reference are encouraged to submit nominations. Commands are directed to review the reference and HQMC AVN Aircrew Programs (ACP) website in its entirety to ensure individual and unit nomination packages are created and submitted in accordance with both reference and the information contained in this MARADMIN. b. Award eligibility, criteria, and instructions for completing and submitting nomination packages can be found on the HQMC AVN ACP website at https://www.aviation.marines.mil/Branches/ Executive-Secretariat/ACP/Marine-Corps-Aviation-Awards/ c. Due to follow on publication requirements, all photograph submissions to HQMC AVN ACP shall be submitted IAW the guidelines in the 2025 Marine Corps Aviation Awards Instructions located on the website. d.
