Reserve Affairs Manpower Management (RAM) will  conduct the on-site portion of the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Active  Reserve (AR) Monitor Roadshow from 9 - 11 December 2025. During this  period, RAM will visit Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans to  conduct Senior Leader Engagements (SLEs), provide informational  briefs, and conduct interviews to discuss manpower planning and  assist Active Reserve (AR) Marines in making well-informed career  decisions. Reserve Component (RC) and Active Component (AC) Marines  who are interested in learning more about the AR Program are  encouraged to attend briefs and to schedule monitor interviews.  1.a. SLEs: Engagements between RAM personnel, command leadership, and  staff will be coordinated via SEPCOR. 1.b. Briefs: Briefs will be provided to Unit Coordinators for  dissemination within their commands. Marines are encouraged to view  briefs for information on assignment processes, career progression  within the AR program, and manpower programs and policies.   1.c. Monitor Interviews: Marines may schedule one-on-one interviews  at a suitable date and time via the Microsoft Bookings application.  Links to this application will be distributed by the assigned RAM  Command Visit Coordinator via SEPCOR. 2. Support Requirements. 2.a. Following release of this message, commands will be contacted  by a RAM Command Visit Coordinator. Commands shall assign a Unit  Coordinator who will execute detailed planning with the assigned RAM  Command Visit Coordinator.  2.b. Host commands shall provide facilities and communication assets  to support SLEs and monitor interviews. 3. Unit-Funded Requests for Monitor Roadshow Visits.   3.a. In FY26, RAM will not conduct HQMC-funded Monitor Roadshow  visits to Camp Lejeune, Camp Pendleton, or Fort Worth, Texas;  however, RAM may support unit-funded visits upon request. 3.b. Unit Commanders and Inspector-Instructors outside of New  Orleans may request virtual, or in-person monitor visits. This can be  accomplished by completing the RAM Command Visit Request at the link  below. RAM command visits outside of New Orleans must be unit-funded. 3.c. Requests for monitor visits should be submitted NLT 90 days  prior to the first day of the requested visit. Visits may be  requested on drill weekends to allow for increased engagement with  SMCR populations.
