FORD/CIV/RAM-3/TEL: 703-432-9410/ EMAIL: [email protected]//  GENTEXT/RMKS/1.  The Fiscal Year 2026–2027 (FY 26–27) Total Force  Integrator (TFI) Free Military Occupational Specialty (FMOS)  Selection Board for Marine Corps Active Reserve (AR) officers and  enlisted Marines convened on 2 December 2025 per the precept of the  Director, Reserve Affairs, dated 1 December 2025.  The purpose of  this MARADMIN is to announce the results of that board. 2.  The list of Marines selected as eligible alternates will not be  published via MARADMIN.  The alternates list can be found by  accessing (https://www.manpower.marines.mil).  Under the “Divisions” drop down menu, select “Reserve Affairs Division,” then select  “Reserve Affairs Management (RAM).”  Under “Reserve Boards and  Programs (RAM-3)” course alternates will be listed.    3.  The Director, Reserve Affairs has approved the following AR  Marines as primary selectees for TFI assignments (read in two  columns):       Lieutenant Colonel Samuel L. Nossa                0111 4.  Assignments.  The primary selectees must contact their primary  military occupational specialty monitor regarding their selection  and slating to a TFI billet NLT 30 days after the release of this  message. 5.  Certification and Training.   5.a.  TFI FMOS certification requires a Marine to be a primary selectee and to complete all required training courses.  HQMC (RAM-5)  will schedule and coordinate primary selectees’ enrollment into the courses shown below to ensure TFI certification is achieved prior to executing permanent change of station orders.  Primary selectees must complete each prerequisite course (GF1101 & JD1101), listed below, NLT 30 days after the release of this message.  Additionally, each primary selectees’ unit security manager must initiate their  TS/SCI security clearance request NLT 30 days after the release of this message. 5.b.  Primary selectees will receive the TFI FMOS once all required  training courses are completed and eligibility is obtained for TS/SCI security clearance.  A letter will be provided by HQMC (RAM-5) to communicate training completion and eligibility determination for appropriate security clearance level.  HQMC (RAM-1) will report the 0555 (officer) and 0557 (enlisted) TFI FMOS.  Alternate selectees  will not receive a letter unless selected to fill a primary selectee shortfall.    5.c.  Required TFI Officer Training Courses (read in one column).   Prerequisite - Global Force Management Overview (GF1101)  Prerequisite - JOPES Overview (JD1101)  Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager Course (GF1102) JOPES Support Personnel Course (JD1102) JOPES Action Officer Course (JD2101) Joint Operational Contract Support Planning & Execution Course Lite 5.d.  Required TFI Enlisted Training Courses (read in one column). Prerequisite - Global Force Management Overview (GF1101)  Prerequisite - JOPES Overview (JD1101)  Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager Course (GF1102) JOPES Support Personnel Course (JD1102) JOPES Action Officer Course (JD2101) Joint Operational Contract Support Planning & Execution Course Lite Joint Logistics Course (SC 907) 6.  Any primary selectee who declines the opportunity to obtain the TFI FMOS/billet must submit their declination via AA form endorsed by the first General Officer in their chain of command and forward to HQMC (RAM-3) NLT 60 days after the release of this message.  Requests for deferral will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case  basis.  Final slating of deferred school seats will be based on the needs of the Marine Corps. 7.  Conditional Release.  Any TFI FMOS primary selectee who requests conditional release from the AR to another component, or branch of service, will not receive approval for a release date prior to the completion of their 24-month utilization tour. 8.  Please carefully review the reference and your obligations regarding acceptance of the TFI FMOS.  The survey for primary selectees to accept or decline this opportunity may be found at the following website:  (https://www2.manpower.usmc.mil/application_cac/edu/index.jsp). 9.  Reserve Affairs Manpower Management extends congratulations to those selected, and appreciation to all those who applied.  The  professionalism and commitment displayed by all applicants  continues to strengthen the integration and readiness of the Total Force Marine Corps. 10.  This MARADMIN is only applicable to the AR program. 11.  Release authorized by Major General John F.
