Objective for FY-25 reviews is re-establishment of a deliberate three-year review schedule ensuring development, refinement and alignment actions are synchronized with unit mission statements, METs/METLs and T&R manuals. 2.  Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) is the authoritative data source system for readiness reporting and mission assessments. All Marine Corps reporting organizations will use DRRS to create and submit MET-based readiness reports.  The FY-25 battle rhythm provides policy and procedures for the development, review, and validation of METs/METLs and T&R standards required to support Marine Corps units, major subordinate commands, and supporting establishments readiness reporting. 3.  METL working groups will focus on planning, synchronizing, and identifying necessary and evolving METs associated to mission requirements, which corresponds and aligns with unit mission statements and table of organization and equipment. 4.  Ground and Aviation T&R manuals will focus on developing training standards that support the accomplishment of Marine Corps warfighting capabilities and to determine baseline/advanced standards that produce quantifiable outputs for core and core plus METs. 5.  Reporting organizations not listed within the FY-25 schedule are encouraged to contact the points of contact to determine feasibility, scope, and forum for out-of-cycle MET/METL/T&R reviews. 6.  Working group participation is critical for the successful review and validation of warfighting capabilities, METLs and T&R standards.  Marine Corps principal advisor stakeholders are required to provide lead action officers / subject matter experts (AOs/SMEs) to participate in pre, during, and post WG development actions. 7.  Physical in-person MET/METL, T&R manual and TMT reviews are encouraged based on the community, classification, and organization, but when feasible, virtual reviews can be conducted.  Changes to unit mission requirements and mission statements will be addressed at METL review WGs as required.  Dates and locations for reviews, and solicitation for AO/SME participation for all reviews will be published via separate correspondence (SEPCOR).  Any changes to the dates identified within paragraphs 8.a through 8.g will be published via SEPCOR. 8.  The following METL, T&R, and TMT WG reviews lists continuing FY-24 review actions and scheduled reviews for FY-25: 8.a.  Command Element and Ground METL reviews: Dates                Location DIV/DIV HQ and MLG/MLG HQ METL   16-20 Sep 24         MCBQ, VA Engineer & Support BN METL       23-27 Sep 24         MCBQ, VA Assault Amphib METL              07-11 Oct 24         MCBQ, VA MWSS/MWSG METL                   21-25 Oct 24         MCAS CP, NC Protection Integration METL      18-22 Nov 24         MCBQ, VA Intelligence & Radio BNs METL    24-28 Feb 25         MCBQ, VA MARSOC METL                      24-28 Mar 25         MCB CL, NC Communication Bn/Squadron MET    05-09 May 25         MCB CL, NC Reconnaissance BN METL           23–27 Jun 25         MCBQ, VA MIG and FHG/CAG METL             14-18 Jul 25         MCBQ, VA 4th MLR METL                     08-12 Sep 25         MCB Foster, JP 8.b.  Aviation METL reviews: Dates                Location HMLA (AH/UH) METL                18-22 Nov 24         MCAS CPEN HMH (CH-53) METL                 02-06 Dec 24         MCBQ, VA VMGR (KC-130) METL               13-17 Jan 25         MCAS Yuma, AZ UASMS-1 METL                     27-31 Jan 25         MCAS CP, NC VMFA (F-18/F-35) METL            03-07 Feb 25         MCBQ, VA VMM (MV-22) METL                 10-14 Feb 25         MCAS NR, NC 8.c.  Ground T&R working groups: Dates                Location ANGLICO T&R                      28 Oct–01 Nov 24     MCBQ, VA Engineer & Utilities T&R         06-10 Jan 25         MCB CL, NC Assault Amphibian Community T&R  20-24 Jan 25         MCB CL, NC Division/MLG T&R                 27–31 Jan 25         Virtual Intelligence T&R                 31 Mar–04 Apr 25     MCB CPEN Radio Battalion T&R              14-18 Apr 25         Virtual Logistics T&R                    21-25 Apr 25         Virtual Supply Chain Management T&R      28 Apr–02 May 25     Virtual MARSOC T&R                       05-09 May 25         MCB CL, NC MWSS T&R                         05-09 May 25         Virtual Ammo T&R                         14-18 Jul 25         Virtual Information Maneuver (MIG CTEs)  08-12 Sep 25         MCB CL, NC Reconnaissance T&R               22-26 Sep 25         MCBQ, VA 8.d.
