To communicate changes associated with MARADMIN 460/25. Due to lapse in federal funding, the following changes are being made to MARADMIN 460/25: 1.a. paragraph 5.a. Applications must be received NLT 16 November 2025. Requests to submit late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. 1.b. paragraph 7.a.
