designation in accordance with reference (e), upon acceptance of orders. 3.b.  If selected for career designation in prior fiscal years and declined to accept, selectees may request to revert their career designation selections to accept through their appropriate PMOS monitor, no later than 10 days from release of this MARADMIN. 3.c.  Declinations.  Only officers whose end of obligated service (EOS) ends prior to the report date to their specific program may decline orders.  Officers eligible to decline this assignment have 10 days from release of this MARADMIN to decline.  Officers who declined the offer of CD in conjunction with this selection will execute their current EAS IAW MCO 1001.65A.  Officers who elect to decline their selection are deemed as resigning in lieu of orders.
