alternates for RPME will not be published via MARADMIN.  The alternates list can be found by accessing https:(slash)(slash)www.manpower.marines.mil/.  Under Reserve Marine, select  Divisions , select  Reserve Affairs  Division , select  Reserve Affairs Management (RAM)  select  Reserve Programs and Boards (RAM-3).   On the left side of the screen, select  Reserve Officer PME/GEP , on the  Post-Full Length School Professional Development Tour (Post-FLS PDT) Opportunity.  The Director, Reserve Affairs (in coordination with the Director, Manpower Management) intends to globally source  Active Component manpower shortfalls with Reserve Component officers who recently completed resident PME opportunities.  Post-FLS PDT opportunities are intended to provide officers valuable professional development and career enhancing experience to complement their recent PME through service in staff planning roles at the HQMC, MARFOR, and MEF levels only.  Post-FLS PDT opportunities are voluntary, dependent on the availability of funds, and officers will be selected through a merit-based selection panel.  For officers who are selected and accept a post-FLS PDT, Active Duty For Operational Support (ADOS) orders will run concurrent with the 24-month payback obligation associated with a funded FLS, meaning the obligation to affiliate with a drilling Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR)/ Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) billet will be 12 months (vice 24 months) at the conclusion of the ADOS orders. 6.  Orders Processing 6.a.  SMCR, IMA, and Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) officers. 6.a.1.  Orders for Marines in the SMCR will be generated by the Marine s parent command using Marine Resource Order Writing Service (MROWS).  To provide ample time for routing and travel coordination, orders should be initiated at least 90 days prior to the course convening date.  6.a.2.  The POC for IMA and IRR officers is the MARFORRES  customer service center at (toll-free) 1-800-255-5082 or e-mail the  organizational mailbox at [email protected]. 6.a.3.  Funding for all PME will be provided by MARFORRES AC/S  G-3 Training.  For activated officers attending non-resident courses or officers on ADOS orders, please contact the POC of this MARADMIN for further guidance. 6.b.  Active Reserve (AR) Officers 6.b.1.  Web Orders for AR officers attending FLS PME will be  provided by their respective AR monitor.  6.b.2.  Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) orders for AR officers attending non-resident PME will be funded by MARFORRES AC/S G-3 Training. 7.  Eligibility 7.a. Selected officers have been screened for eligibility.  Failure  to maintain eligibility or meet orders issuance requirements 90 days prior to the course convening date could result in removal from the course.  8.  Individual Responsibilities 8.a.  Ensure contact information remains current in MOL.  8.a.1.  Per reference (b), officers selected for resident PME shall have orders in-hand prior to executing any portion of travel or  movement.  Commencement of travel shall not occur prior to the dates prescribed on the orders.  Travel entitlements will be in accordance with reference (b). 8.a.2.  Officers who wish to decline selection will do so via the  application portal instructions.  Officers requesting a deferral must do so via AA Form endorsed by the first general officer in their chain of command and forwarded to HQMC (RAM-3) no later than 90 days prior to the course convening date.  Requests for deferral will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  Final slating of deferred school seats will be based on the needs of the Marine Corps. 9.  To consult with a Career Counselor via the Career Management  Team, Reserve Affairs Division, please call commercial 703-784-0557, 703-784-0583, or e-mail: [email protected].  Career Management Team can be found on the Manpower and Reserve Affairs webpage at https:(slash)(slash)www.manpower.marines.mil.  From the homepage, click on  Divisions,  then  Reserve Affairs Division,  then  Career Management Team (CMT).  10.  Release authorized by Major General John F.
