This MARADMIN announces the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Enlisted Retention Campaign and outlines corresponding timelines and guidance in accordance with reference (a). 2. Situation. The FY27 Enlisted Retention Campaign begins 1 January 2026. Marines with an end of current contract (ECC) between 1 October 2026 and 30 September 2027 (the FY27 Retention Cohort) can utilize the following avenues to execute a reenlistment during this campaign: Commandant’s Retention Program (CRP); standard reenlistments; lateral moves (LATMOVs); Commanding General’s Retention Program (CGRP); and Direct Affiliation Program (DAP). 3. Selective Retention Bonus Program (SRBP). Marines should carefully weigh their priorities before deciding when to submit for reenlistment. For example, those prioritizing duty station or securing a boatspace in a competitive Primary Military Occupational Specialty (PMOS) may submit for reenlistment at the earliest opportunity, while those prioritizing financial incentive may choose to submit after the publication of the FY27 SRB MARADMIN. The SRB will not be awarded retroactively for those who reenlist before publication. 4. Submission Timeline. Marines can begin submitting for reenlistment on the following dates:
