SEBAALY/CIV/MFS/TEL:  703-432-9577/EMAIL: [email protected]// GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Headquarters United States Marine Corps (HQMC) Semper Fit seeks athletes and coaches for the 2026 All-Marine Sports teams. 2.  Marines interested in participating in All-Marine Sports are authorized to apply for both athlete and coaching positions. Marine coaches are required to be an E-6 or above.  Civilians are authorized to apply for coaching positions only.  Prospective coaches are encouraged to apply immediately.  Prospective athletes are to apply no later than 45 days prior to the start of the Armed Forces Championship date of the identified sport. 3.  Current dates, locations, and the host Service for the 2026 calendar year events are below.  Dates are subject to change. Wrestling: 12-16 March, Fort Bliss, TX; Army Soccer (M):  27 March – 4 April, Fort Hood, TX; Army Basketball:  11-18 May, Camp Pendleton, CA; Marine Corps Triathlon:  3-7 June, Point Mugu, CA; Navy Flag Football:  20-27 July, Charlotte, NC; Air Force Rugby (M):  19-24 August, Glendale, CO; Marine Corps Rugby (W):  To Be Determined (TBD); Marine Corps Golf:  14-19 September, Fort Belvoir, VA; Army  Marathon:  22-26 October, Washington, DC; Marine Corps 4.  Trial camps for wrestling, soccer, flag football and rugby take place approximately two weeks prior and lead up to the start of the Armed Forces Championship.  Head coaches and the All-Marine Sports staff make appropriate cuts and final roster selection of the All-Marine team.  HQMC Semper Fit covers all arrangements and costs related to billeting, transportation (including airfare and rental vehicles), entry fees, uniforms, equipment, and supplies. 5.  Commanding Officer approval is needed for all Marine applicants to participate. Commanding officers are strongly encouraged to endorse applicants who demonstrate Marine Corps core values and are expected to enhance the reputation of the United States Marine Corps.  Approved participants are assigned temporary additional duty (TAD) status, though commanders may contact HQMC Semper Fit to recall participants if necessary. 6.  To be considered for participation, prospective athlete applications for all sports include scores for the following All-Marine Sports standard testing events:  three repetition maximum (RM) hex-bar or barbell deadlift, bench press, and squat; one RM broad jump and pro-agility test; forty-yard dash; and times for the three mile and 880-yard events from the most recent fitness tests. 7.  The application form and detailed information on how to complete the standard testing events is at https://www.usmc-mccs.org/allmarinesports.  Please email completed applications to [email protected]. 8.  In addition to standard performance and skill testing events, applicants are to provide proof of prior competitive experience in their respective sport (e.g., high school, collegiate, Olympic) along with any individual and team awards or recognition. 9.  During trial camp, certified strength and conditioning coaches administer sport-specific performance tests to track and evaluate performance data for high performance athletes.  Additionally, the data enables the strength and conditioning expert an opportunity to design a training plan tailored to specific Marines and their sport. 10.  Coaches are responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:  reviewing applications and selecting athletes and assistant coaches; offering guidance to prospective players and coaches on enhancing sport-specific skills or coaching abilities; organizing and attending the trial camp; coaching the team during the Armed Forces Championship; and providing an after-action report to HQMC Semper Fit.  Additional responsibilities are provided after formal selection. 11.  This MARADMIN applies to Active Component, members of the Selected Marine Corps Reserve, and Marines on Active Duty Operational Support orders.  12.  Release authorized by Lieutenant General William J.
