DC CD&I is transitioning to a new process for aligning analytic work under the Analytic Master Plan – Marine Corps (AMP-MC). The AMP-MC provides a unified framework to ensure our diverse analytic efforts directly support critical force design and resource decisions. It establishes the formal governance and working groups necessary to drive enterprise-wide discussions and articulate our analytic priorities both internally and with joint partners. Ultimately, this process will result in published annual guidance that provides prioritization, alignment, and transparency to the analytic community. 5.a. Study nominations submitted through the portal must be sponsored by a senior official (Colonel/O-6, GS-15, or higher). Studies may be cosponsored by multiple commands as applicable. 5.b.
