It establishes the formal governance and working groups  necessary to drive enterprise-wide discussions and articulate our  analytic priorities both internally and with joint partners.  Ultimately, this process will result in published annual guidance  that provides prioritization, alignment, and transparency to the  analytic community. 5.a.  Study nominations submitted through the portal must be  sponsored by a senior official (Colonel/O-6, GS-15, or higher).   Studies may be cosponsored by multiple commands as applicable.   5.b.  Submit nominations digitally via OAD’s website at  https://www.cdi.marines.mil/OAD/Marine-Corps-Study-System.  The  Question Submission Form link is in the section “Submit A Study  Nomination.”   6.  Release authorized by Lieutenant General Eric E.
