Except for the changes listed below, all details, instructions, and guidance contained in reference (a) and (b) remain in effect. 2.  Background. In accordance with reference (c), the current  semiannual height and weight requirement has been replaced with a waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) methodology.  The body composition  evaluation process consists of WHtR and subsequent body fat  evaluation for those who exceed the WHtR. This requires an update to the information displayed on the title board/text box displayed on the OMPF photograph.  3.  Administrative Guidance.  3.a.  The title board/text box should only display whether the  Marine is within BC standards, not within BC standards, they are exempt from BC standards, or they are waived from the Body  Composition Program (BCP). 3.b.  The following examples are provided: 3.b.1. Standard Format Template: LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL(S), NAME SUFFIX RANK, PRIMARY MOS DoD ID WITHIN BC STANDARDS/NOT WITHIN BC STANDARDS/EXEMPT/WAIVED ABBREVIATED BILLET ASSIGNMENT AND UNIT DATE PHOTOGRAPH WAS TAKEN (YYYYMMDD FORMAT) CERTIFICATION BY THE SENIOR LEADERSHIP. 3.b.2. There is no requirement to replace OMPF photographs with weight displayed.
