Purpose. This MARADMIN announces the upcoming  URL change for the Marine Corps eLearning Ecosystem (MCeLE) portal,  planned for 13 March 2026. 2. Background. As part of ongoing efforts to improve MCeLE per  reference (a) and (b), the URL is being updated to align with MCeLE  rebranding, user experience, and security. 3. Discussion.  Effective 13 March 2026, the URL will switch from  https://portal.marinenet.usmc.mil to https://www.mcele.usmc.mil. 3.a. The previous URL will automatically redirect to the new address  until the end of Fiscal Year (FY) 2026, after which it will be  decommissioned. 4. Action.
