- Sergeant Major Slate 1-27 will convene 18-20 July 2026.
All eligibility and slate package submission requirements are
contained in the reference.
- All eligible SgtsMaj will submit their annual fitness reports
ahead of the normal schedule to meet the 1‑27 slate timeline.
Reporting seniors and reviewing officers must have sufficient time
to complete and route all evaluations. All fitness reports must be
submitted and processed by Manpower Management Performance Branch
(MMPB‑2) no later than 30 June 2026. Compliance is mandatory.
- SgtsMaj may include a copy of their fitness report as an
enclosure to their SgtMaj slate package to ensure completeness of
submitted materials.
- Director, Manpower Management is authorized to grant additional
ECFC waivers for SgtsMaj within the slate cohort.
- Slate packages and any other slate related correspondence must
be scanned and emailed to [email protected] NLT 26 June 2026.
