BARBER/NF-5/HQMC MR/TEL: 703-784- 6303/EMAIL: [email protected]// RMKS/1.  The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce Marine  Corps official lodging facilities will be bookable when  creating Temporary Additional Duty (TDY) authorizations in  the Defense Travel System (DTS) effective 25 May 2026.  2. Per reference a, use of on-base official lodging is a  requirement for official travel for all DoW travelers when  the location is included in the Integrated Lodging Program  (ILP). All Marine Corps official lodging facilities meet DoW  Lodging Adequacy Standards. Their use is therefore mandatory.  2.a. Mandatory use applies to both military and civilian  personnel. 3. On Marine Corps installations, Marine Lodges and Inns of  the Corps are official lodging facilities.  4. When the TDY destination is a military installation, the  Approving Official (AO) will ensure that the TDY destination  in DTS is listed as the installation (when applicable), not  the associated city or town.   5. Per reference a, certificates of non-availability will  only be issued if accommodations are not available. 6. Per reference a, reimbursement for lodging costs when  conducting official travel will be limited to the official  lodging rate when lodging is available but not utilized and a  certificate of non-availability is not included in the travel  voucher. 7. Room reservations for service members executing Permanent  Change of Station (PCS) orders and leisure travelers may also  be made by visiting https://www.innsofthecorps.com or by  calling the toll-free 24/7 Reservation Center at 1-(888)-409- STAY(7829). Leisure travel reservations may be made when the  room inventory is not fully reserved by official travelers or  for official mission requirements. 8. Room reservations for TDY travelers and leisure travelers  may also be made by visiting https://www.marinelodge.com or  by calling the toll-free 24/7 Reservation Center at 1-(888)- 409-STAY(7829). 9. Room reservations for Inns of the Corps and Marine Lodges may be made using the “MCCS Connect” application. 10.
