Declinations.  Only officers whose end of obligated service (EOS) ends prior to the report date to their specific program may decline orders.  Officers eligible to decline this assignment have until 13 December 2024 to decline their selection.  Officers who declined the offer of CD in conjunction with this selection will execute their current EAS IAW MCO 1001.65A.  Officers who elect to decline their selection are deemed as resigning in lieu of orders.
