These prestigious awards recognize  individual Marines, Sailors, Civilian Marines, and  units/organizations from the operating forces, supporting  establishment, and Marine Corps Forces Reserve who have made  significant contributions to the installations and logistics  communities and exemplify superior excellence and dedication to  mission accomplishment. 2. Linkowitz Marine Corps  Civilian Logistician of the Year. 3.b.4.  (Organizational) Marine Corps Logistics  Organization/Team of the Year (Large Unit). 3.b.5.  (Organizational) Marine Corps Logistics  Organization/Team of the Year (Small Unit).   3.b.6.  (Organizational) Marine Corps Logistics Organization/Team  of the Year for Innovation.   4.  Selection will be made by a board convened by Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics  (DC I&L).
