VALLEJO/MSGT/CMC/MM/TEL 703-784-5689/ [email protected]// POC/PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SECTION/CMC/MMPB-23/TEL 703-784-3431/ [email protected]// GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce  changes to the Fitness Report format for sergeant major and master  gunnery sergeant contained in reference (a) chap 4 para 2(b). 2.  Effective 1 January 2025, sergeant major and master gunnery  sergeant fitness reports will no longer consist of only pages  one, five, and appropriate addendum pages. Reports will be submitted in the five page format currently in use for sergeant through  lieutenant colonel. Omission and extension criteria per ref (a)  and MARADMIN 634/23 remain in effect. 3.  This adjustment will allow senior enlisted high visibility and general officer slates to have the most relevant performance  information available. 4.  Fitness reports shall be written and processed in accordance  with the reference and this MARADMIN as interim guidance pending  release of an update to reference (a).
