All recipients will be recognized at the Marine Corps Financial  Management Awards dinner on 26 February 2026 at the Army Navy  Country Club, 1700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202-2891.  The dress for award recipients and service members participating in  the ceremony is Service “A”. The dress for all other attendees is  business attire. 5. HQMC P&R will fund travel for the individual award recipients and one  personal family member guest. For organizational awards, P&R will fund  two command representatives. More command representatives may attend if  unit funded.
